The Management Team   Eli Attia – An Active chairman and Founder of Mivnim And Netivim  Real Estate company.

He has led the company in the tradition of quality since its founding in 1963. With his own hands he acquired valuable experience in the development and execution of infrastructure projects and instilled in his sons and his staff a tradition of customer service and a work ethic which pays attention to the smallest detail.

Eli was awarded the honorary title "Master Contractor" for 2012 by the Israel Builders Association and the Fund for Encouraging Development in the Building Industry, in recognition, appreciation and respect for his personal activities and his contribution to the Construction and Infrastructure Sector in Israel. The Management Team   Yuval Attia – CEO of  Mivnim And Netivim  Real Estate company.

Yuval has a B.A. in Finance and a M.A in Business Administration. He is responsible for the overall management of the Group. He started from scratch working at all kinds of jobs, starting with project management and today he is responsible for marketing, business development and general operations. Yuval's management ethic is based on the value of excellence, in human resources of the first order and in the best planning and construction materials, so that the flagship projects will be distinctive and outstanding.

His management creed stands for total control and supervision of the entire organizational procedure and its execution and for the physical presence of the company at the centers of operation. Working as a team with his brothers he creates and leads real estate projects to the highest possible level of execution and finishing.

The Management Team   Guy Attia – VP Engineering, Execution and Quality Control

Guy is a Construction Engineer by training and responsible for the operations on the ground, beginning with the planning stage of new apartments, through actual construction and ending with quality control   after completion of the building.

The Engineering Division which is his responsibility synchronizes its work fully with the Marketing Division in order to best meet the needs of the future residents and he believes that just and fair conduct is essential in all  operations and with regard to everyone with whom they do business, professionals as well as customers. The Division is managed with an eye to long term goals. It   sees to it that the finishing stages and the final product implement the design without compromise for   a perfect result which bears the seal of quality for the years to come.

The Management Team   Omar Attia – Projects and Logistics Manager

The Projects and Logistics Division under Omar Attia is responsible for the application of the industrial construction method (Baranowitz Method) at Mivnim And Netivim ; a method which stresses progress, innovation and efficiency in construction. The Division is responsible for all aspects of logistics, conveying, cranes and  general equipment.

It also oversees the professional opening and closing and safety on the construction sites; the erecting and winding up of new apartment projects. In addition, it is in charge of the daily work, communications with factories, starting with   the stage of the structural skeleton through the façade and the interior construction and up to the final stages of completion. Under the direction of Omar an efficient logistics system contributes to the high level of the finished product while firmly meeting the projects' scheduled deadlines.
