Eli Attia recognized as "Master Contractor" Eli Attia, the Active chairman and Founder of Mivnim And Netivim was awarded the honorary title of "Master Contractor" in recognition of his Group's activities in real estate development and its contribution to the construction industry in Israel. The honorary title was awarded by the Israel Builders Association (formerly the Association of Contractors and Builders in Israel) the official organization dealing with building, infrastructure and development for the advancement of the building and infrastructure industry in Israel, and in the name of the Fund for the Promotion and Development of Israel's Construction Industry.

The award was granted to Attia by M.K. Benjamin (Fuad) Ben Eleazar and the then Mayor of Ashkelon Mr. Benny Waknin, in recognition and respect for his personal activities and his contribution to the development of the construction and infrastructure industry in Israel.
