It is our ambition to display that a green quality standard is friendly to the environment and also to you, the residents, as part of our creed and in accordance with the Standards Institute and the Ministry of Environmental Protection. Green planning from our point of view includes savings and efficient use of new resources, reusing and recycling to a maximum, while aiming to protect the health and quality of life of all the residents in the residential projects. When Mivnim And Netivim builds green we take into consideration such elements as the position and design of the building space, the envelop, entrances and the finishing, the infrastructure and the technologies – such planning   allows for low cost maintenance along with a sensitivity to the housing needs and desires of our customers, up to the last detail.

So that the building can be called a Green Building, it must meet all the criteria in every category of the Standard. The Standard is divided into nine categories with a variety of requirements. For example: Electricity and Energy, Water, Materials and Separation/disposal of debris. Points are awarded according to the degree to which these conditions are met, and accordingly whether the project will be recognized as a green project and with what rating.
